Rental Rates
Summer 2010 Rates: May 29 - September 11: $3000 per week.
Fall Rates: $1900 per week OR $400 per night with a 3-night minimum.
Columbus Day weekend: $500 per night with a 3-night minimum.
Winter Rates: $1900 per week. Monthly and seasonal rates available; please inquire.
Christmas/New Years week: $2500 per week.
President's week: $2500 per week.
Summer 2011 Rates: $3500 per week; discount for booking this summer.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of one-half the rental rate is required with each weekly reservation.
Payment of the remaining balance, plus a security deposit of $500, is required two weeks prior to occupancy in winter.
