Rental Rates
Summer 2012 Rates: $3500 per week.
Winter Rates: Monthly and seasonal rates available; please inquire.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of one-half the rental rate is required with each weekly reservation.
Payment of the remaining balance, plus a security deposit of $500, is required two months in advance of occupancy.
